Lollystation / lollipop station

I created a small portable kitchen to make lollipops ‘on the spot’ and it is called Lollystation.

Twenty-five years ago I made my first lollipop, not suspecting that lollipops would over the years come by more often in all kinds of flavors. It has become a history in which the collaboration with cooking artist Elles Kiers plays a major role. Elles casted off her thumb thousands of times and turned it into edible images. From this history Lollystation came about and along with it I came up with a sequel for the fairy tale The source of wisdom. A sequel in which a cook shares all her knowledge with others and remains empty herself and disappears in the original source. I’d love to drop by with Lollystation to share this all over again.
